Cancellation Charges
Any cancellation of reservations by tour operators or others must be made in writing and it involves the payment of charges that vary with the date of the cancellation:
- Between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival, 25% of total payment due.
- Between 30 days and 10 days prior to arrival, 50% of total payment due.
- Between 10 days and no show, no refund.
Should a tourist fail to join the tour, or join it after departure, or leave the tour prior to completion, or not consume certain services offered during the tour, no refund can be made.
